At Dear Paw Studio, each order is lovingly made-to-order just for you. Please review the shipping details below.

Production Time
Every custom product takes approximately 7–20 business days to produce. Production time may vary depending on design complexity and order volume.

Shipping Time
Once your item is ready, it will be shipped with tracking. Estimated delivery times:

• USA: 7–15 business days

• Canada, UK, Australia: 10–20 business days

• Rest of the world: 15–30 business days

Shipping Rates
We offer a flat-rate international shipping fee of $20 USD.
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $120 USD.

Tracking & Updates
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.

Delays & Customs
Shipping times may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, or holidays. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
