At Dear Paw Studio, every piece is made with care and personalized just for you — and your pet. Because of the custom nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dearpawstudio.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means a free replacement or design revision.

Colors may vary slightly due to screen display and printing processes — this is not considered a defect.

We do not refund for shipping delays caused by couriers or customs, as they are beyond our control.
